Want a mockup to gauge interest with your customers? We can do that! Please provide as much detail as possible (website link, image, team colors, logo/mascot, etc.).
If you need an image designed from scratch, you will need to purchase a non-refundable design fee. Please reach out to us for this.
Digital Mocks: We will create a digital mockup of your custom item. Please note colors may be different from one screen to the next and from the computer to the final product. Please allow up to 3 business days.
Real-Life Mocks: We will create your custom product and take a photo for you to use. Please allow up to 7 business days.
We will work with you until you are happy with the final product. Any changes after the final image has been sent will require a new fee charge. Mock ups take up a lot of time, therefore fees are final and non-refundable whether a final order is placed or not. If mocks are the ONLY thing on your order, select PICKUP at checkout in order to waive shipping cost. *NO PHYSICAL ITEM WILL BE SENT TO YOU*

If your item is damaged, incorrect, missing, etc.contact us within 7 business days of delivery of your order. Pictures of damaged/incorrect items must be sent. Please read over the care card provided with your order. Broken items, due to customer negligence, are not eligible for replacement. Beyond any errors made by us, all sales are final.
Sometimes life happens, we get it. In the event that you may need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of ordering. There will be a 10% service fee retained. *Custom orders are not refundable.
