Design Services & Fees
At Dream Teams, we create custom designs tailored to each customer’s needs. Because design work is original and time-intensive, the following guidelines help set clear expectations while allowing us to serve our customers well.
Design Direction & Inspiration
Inspiration images are always welcome and helpful. To ensure accuracy and efficiency, clients may be asked to narrow down selections or confirm a clear direction before design work begins. Once a design direction is approved, significant changes may result in additional design fees.
Standard Design Fees
A standard design fee starting at $20 applies to custom artwork. This does not include the price of the item we are applying the design to. Design fees may increase depending on the complexity of the request.
The design fee includes one initial design concept and up to two rounds of minor revisions, such as text changes, color adjustments, or small layout refinements. Requests that require a complete redesign or a new direction may require an additional design fee.
Design fees are non-refundable and cover the time and creative work involved in producing original artwork.
School Design Policy
As a courtesy, Dream Teams waives standard design fees for partnering schools.
Each school project includes one custom design based on the approved direction provided, per project. Up to two rounds of minor revisions are included.
If the design direction changes significantly after work has begun, such as a new theme, layout, mascot style, or overall concept, a redesign fee may apply.
Spirit Shop Design Policy
Spirit Shops include at least five custom designs, per shop, based on the approved vision and needs of the group.
Each design includes up to two rounds of minor revisions. Minor revisions include small adjustments such as color changes or wording updates.
Requests that require starting over, creating additional designs beyond the five included, or changing the overall direction of a design may require an additional design fee.
