TRACKING ORDERS
We will email tracking information as soon as your order has been packaged. If you created an account, you can login to check the status of your order at anytime. If you do not have an account and have not received tracking information by the end of the estimated processing time frame, feel free to contact us!
PICK UP ORDERS
Our office is located at 10611 FM 1764 Rd. Suite A. Santa Fe, TX 77510. We will email pickup info as soon as your order has been packaged. If you arrive before we have contacted you, you will be asked to come back for pickup. Once it is ready, your order must be picked up within 14 days. If not picked up, you will be invoiced for standard shipping ($5). If no actions are taken, your order will be considered closed. NO refunds will be given. There will be a $5 fee to reopen a closed, unclaimed order.
If you select the pickup option by mistake or just changed your mind, please contact us as soon as possible.
PACKAGE RESPONSIBILITY
If you want to us reship an unclaimed, refused, or un-deliverable package, that was returned to us, you will be responsible for the new shipping cost.
