We will email tracking information as soon as your order has been packaged. If you created an account, you can login to check the status of your order at anytime. If you do not have an account and have not received tracking information by the end of the estimated processing time frame, feel free to contact us!


Our office is located at 7610 FM 2004 Rd. Hitchcock, TX 77563. We will email pickup info as soon as your order has been packaged. If you arrive before we have contacted you, you will be asked to come back for pickup. Once it is ready, your order must be picked up within 14 days. If not picked up, you will be invoiced for standard shipping ($5). If no actions are taken, your order will be considered closed. NO refunds will be given. There will be a $5 fee to reopen a closed, unclaimed order.

If you select the pickup option by mistake or just changed your mind, please contact us as soon as possible. 


We are not responsible for packages once they have been checked in by the carrier. This includes (but is not limited to) lost, stolen or damaged packages. If tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors/family to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. If it still hasn't been found, please contact the delivery service. You are responsible for filing a claim if the order is not found. Refunds are not issued due to carrier error.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your order. If your order is returned to us, you will have to re-purchase shipping. You will also be responsible for postage fees that we may incur from the Post Office. Refunds are not issued due to customer error.


If you want to us reship an unclaimed, refused, or un-deliverable package, that was returned to us, you will be responsible for the new shipping cost.
